The 2023 Fall allocation showcases three stunning offerings of our flagship Fairsing Vineyard Pinot noir from 2021, 2019, and 2018 vintages. Distinct and elegant, these supple and illuminating wines are textured expressions of the full vineyard while nodding to exceptional growing seasons.
Fairsing is proud to include three wines from our Matriarch Series featuring the soon-to-be-released 2019 Dardis Pinot noir recently designated as a Cellar Selection by Wine Enthusiast and awarded 92 Points.
For a lovely vintage comparison, savor the 2019 Dardis with the 2018 Dardis Pinot noir which is included among allocation selections.
We are pleased to offer the incredible 2016 Sullivan Pinot noir (92 Points, Wine Spectator) which continues to evolve and age beautifully in the bottle.
For holiday dining and family gathering enjoyment, the spirited and crisp 2021 Fairsing Vineyard Chardonnay is joined by the lovely and ethereal 2019 Fairsing Vineyard Chardonnay. Delightful and elegant, these food-friendly wines impress our team with every pour.
Welcome the fall season and the onset of sweater weather with two of our barrel-select Fáinne Pinot noir. Bold and hearty, the 2018 and 2017 Fáinne vintages aged 16 months in select French oak barrels specifically chosen to lend toasty notes and hints of spice on the finish. The Fáinne Pinot noir is ideal for marking special occasions and is a perennial gifting favorite.
