TASTING ROOM
Thoughtfully designed combining sustainability with style.
Our 1,100 sf tasting room showcases a curved board-formed concrete exterior, a live green roof, and an interior barrel ceiling accented by custom woodwork crafted from reclaimed materials.
EVENT VENUE
Casually elegant and flooded with natural light. The 900 sf space features a domed skylight, multiple windows, and a floor-to-ceiling overhead glass door.
Gather near the fireplace or take in the expansive views from the adjacent patio.
COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
A sleek 600 sf hosting hub. Includes commercial appliances, granite surfaces, and a spacious center island.
Generous windows complement the private dining area with cushioned banquet seating
PATIOS & GREEN SPACES
Exterior fireplace seating and patios provide optimal views of nearby majestic peaks and Oregon’s Cascade Range.
Guests are invited to stroll the in-ground meditative labyrinth and explore the half-acre lawn and garden.

Explore our semi-private and private events when planning engagements, announcements, bridal showers, and/or rehearsal dinners.
CHEFS and CATERING SERVICES
Access to Fairsing’s commercial kitchen is extended to approved Chefs and catering services only.
All catering and culinary decisions are to be arranged between the Chef/catering provider and the event host.
Agreements with the Chef and Catering Service provider to include servers for food items.
Fairsing to provide service for all beverages.
INCLUDED ITEMS
The following items will be available at events: wine glasses, water glasses, flatware, plates, coffee/tea cups, tables and chairs.
Special accommodations (e.g., decorations, live or other music sources, dancing) are to be discussed with the Event Coordinator. Additional charges may apply.
SMOKING and OPEN FLAMES
Smoking or vaping (including marijuana) is prohibited on the property.
Fireworks, sparklers, lanterns, and candles are not permitted.
Fairsing abides by local, county, and state burning restrictions.
VEHICLES and PARKING
Access to Fairsing Vineyard requires navigating a steep, one-mile, gravel road with multiple turns.
Extended vehicles (large buses, limousines) are prohibited.
Fairsing hosts ample parking with space for up to 50 vehicles with two paved spaces dedicated ADA vehicles.
