This is my favorite Sullivan since Ed, but frankly, this wine is way prettier. It is balanced and medium bodied, with a supple texture. The wine’s aromas of cranberries, lavender, butterscotch and an old cedar chest are repeated on the palate, along with flavors like red currants and lemon. The mouthfeel is silky and elegant.” EDITOR’S CHOICE – Michael Alberty, April 2023

“Brilliant ruby-red. Powerful aromas of red and dark berry preserves, baking spices and candied rose take on a vanilla nuance as the wine opens up. Fleshy and broad in the mouth but lively as well, offering sappy black raspberry and boysenberry flavors and a hint of cola. Finishes seamless and very long, with an echo of juicy blue fruit and harmonious tannins that add subtle grip. 18% new French oak.” – Josh Raynolds, August 2020

If weather conditions are not conducive for safe transport, Fairsing will store wines, at no additional charge, in our climate-controlled facility until conditions improve.

Fairsing’s shipment storage is temperature-controlled and a complimentary service.
