Fairsing Vineyard Matriarch Wines

As Fairsing Vineyard is an homage to traditions and trades of Irish ancestors, the Matriarch Series pays tribute to pioneering and industrious women across generations.

Each distinct wine reflects variations across the vineyard in aspect, exposure, soil depth, and clonal selection.

In the cellar, this series benefits from a robust barrel regimen with emphasis on French oak sourced for its toasty notes and consistency.

Like the matriarchs they honor, these wines are expressive, memorable, and age beautifully.

The Fairsing Vineyard Rosé of Pinot noir

A natural born leader.

Crafted from the first of the Pinot noir clusters harvested each vintage, this unflappable Rosé leads our tasting flights – greeting guests with sophisticated acidity and refreshing poise.

Welcoming and balanced, this barrel-fermented wine complements savories, grilled selections, and Holiday favorites.

Much like the socially sleek ‘Irish goodbye’, this perennial favorite has a tendency to disappear quickly and quietly.
