Vinum55 is Fairsing Vineyard’s primary shipping carrier for larger metropolitan areas in Arizona.

Vinum55 specializes in year-round wine shipping and delivery logistics.

Vinum55 utilizes temperature-controlled vehicles – from pickup at Fairsing to delivery at a residential or business address. This ensures consistent and safe temperatures for wines throughout the transport – 55 degrees the whole way!

Arizona service areas include Chandler, Phoenix, and Tucson.

For addresses outside of Vinum55 boundaries, Fairsing utilizes FedEx shipping services (as weather permits).

Appointment-based delivery to a residential or commercial address is coordinated by Vinum55.

Shipping to a FedEx or UPS hold location is not available with Vinum55.

Shipments leave Fairsing on Thursday with delivery to be expected within 10-15 days. 

After pick up from Fairsing, Vinum55 communicates directly with the recipient regarding shipment logistics.

Expect tracking and appointment communications from Vinum55’s notification system – Detrack.

Detrack provides an initial in-transit notification followed by an email with a specific delivery date (and time) and a tracking link.

A pre-delivery notification is sent two (2) days before the scheduled appointment as a reminder with date and time.

On the scheduled day of delivery, Detrack provides a “headed to you” notification and a link to track the Vinum55 team member “live”.

Upon delivery, adult age verification will be required at the door. If no contact at the door is preferred, Vinum55 offers an alternative link for signature and age verification.

Vinum55 never leaves a wine shipment unattended or set on a doorstep.

If a delivery attempt fails, Vinum55 returns a wine shipment to their temperature-controlled cellar and provides notification for re-scheduling another delivery appointment.

All Fairsing orders are packaged on site, by hand, in our temperature-controlled facility utilizing recyclable shipping materials.

Wine bottle and magnum packaging is recyclable (pulp) with no styrofoam or ice packs involved.

Fairsing offers flat-rate shipping, per parcel, based upon destination state and applicable shipper.

A parcel includes up to twelve (12) standard .750 ml bottles, or up to three (3) magnum 1.5 Liter bottles.

A minimum of three (3) bottles or a single magnum applies for shipments. Exceptions may be discussed with our Fulfillment Manager during business hours (11-5 PST) via 503.662.5930.
