CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS

Fairsing Vineyard is proud to support a variety of charitable organizations and community initiatives.

We place value in assisting Oregon-based nonprofits with a focus on education programs, the environment, and healthy communities.

Please review the following parameters for donation requests:

DONATION REQUESTS

• Requests must be from a nonprofit organization with a formal 501(c) 3 status

• Fairsing requests a minimum of 60 days advance notification for consideration

• Requests are reviewed monthly. Please allow sufficient time for your request

• One request per year, per eligible organization 

• Duplicate requests and those submitted outside the online form (below) will not be given consideration 

• Requests for monetary donations will not be given consideration

• Fairsing Vineyard does not donate physical bottles/magnums of wine

• Please understand Fairsing Vineyard cannot respond and/or participate in every request

APPROVED DONATIONS

• If approved, notification will be provided regarding the pick-up or shipping of the donation (recipients’s expense)

• Fairsing Vineyard will not deliver donated items

• Donation must be picked up within two weeks of notification

• Donation to be picked up at our tasting room during business hours
