Enjoy a Swiss-inspired menu featuring PNW Alplermagronen by Chef Paul with Alchemy NW Catering
Served with a Fall garden green salad of arugula, spinach, watercress, shaved cabbage, kohlrabi, pear, and red wine vinaigrette
Two sessions: 11:30 am and 2:30 pm
Labyrinth Club – $28 per member with a max of two at Club rate
Celtic Knot – Complimentary for two
Crimson Clover – Complimentary for four
Guests $40 per person
