Each tasting is tailored to accommodate the group’s intentions whether it’s a special celebration, reunion, meeting, or serious wine discussion. 

Guided tastings last approximately 30-45 minutes and are hosted by Fairsing team members via the Zoom platform.

Tasting may be conducted for groups of varying size with some limitations.

All participants must be available simultaneously on a weekday prior to 6 pm PST.

All virtual tasting participants must be 21 years or older.

There is no charge for virtual gatherings – the experience is complimentary.

Notes and wine details are included for each of the bottles selected for your virtual gathering. 

Fairsing does not offer food pairings for virtual gatherings, but participants are welcome to provide their own.

Pairing and snack suggestions available upon request.

Wines, shipping, and tax (where applicable) are calculated per shipment and fluctuate given the bottles selected. One credit card is processed for all shipments (preferred).

Fairsing offers three bottle collections for consideration. Organizers are welcome to tailor their groups’s experience with a custom three bottle combination of our estate wines.

With our three bottle minimum, participants may taste one or two of the bottles and cellar the remaining wines to enjoy later.

If local, a representative is welcome to pick-up wines at Fairsing and distribute them to participants ahead of a virtual gathering. We recommend delivery 48 hours prior to tasting. 

Tasting participants agree to receive wines at the shipping address provided and must be available to sign for delivery with the carrier.

Fairsing in unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Please allow 8-10 business days if shipping wine (and possibly longer throughout the holiday season).

Due to extreme weather variations across the country, second day air may be advised to ensure safe and timely delivery of wines.

Fairsing Vineyard is unable to ship to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Utah (UT), Kentucky (KY), and Mississippi (MS).

Our Fairsing team will resume hosting virtual tastings upon conclusion of our high season. Our calendar allows for guiding virtual tastings beginning December 6, 2021.  For consideration earlier on our calendar, connect with our hospitality team.
