Wine Club members select wines for their allocation.
MEMBERSHIP
There is no fee for a Fairsing Wine Club membership.
Fairsing requests a minimum of one year, or a two (2) allocation commitment.
Membership is on-going and may be cancelled after receipt of two (2) allocations.
Fairsing requires account holders and Wine Club members be 21 years of age or older.
To ensure current Club members continually receive priority access to available wines and at the best pricing possible, Fairsing is unable to extend Club benefits or savings to non-members.
A Fairsing Wine Club membership is non-transferable.
Club members are welcome to invitation-only and public events throughout the year with a party total of four (4) individuals enjoying complimentary tasting benefits.
ALLOCATIONS
Prior to Club allocations, Fairsing emails members to provide allocated wine selections, details, important dates, account reminders, and invitations to exclusive celebrations. It is the member’s responsibility to monitor email inbox(s) to ensure Wine Club related emails are received and opened promptly.
Wine selections included in Club allocations are subject to change due to availability.
Club members select from the available wines for their allocation. If no changes or additions are submitted by the due date, Fairsing’s recommended wines for the member’s Club level are included in the allocation.
Club members are allowed one (1) skipped allocation per the lifetime of the membership
Requests to skip an allocation or cancel a Club membership are required before payment processing. View parameters for requests and Club cancellations below.
PROCESSING
The Club member’s credit card on file with Fairsing is processed for payment on the date specified for the allocation.
Applicable state taxes (if any) and shipping fees (if applicable) are included when processing payment for an allocation.
Prior to payment processing, Club member’s are asked to update their accounts with regards to shipping details and/or the credit card on file – card number, expiration date, billing address, etc.
Fairsing is unable to process returns or the exchange of wines in an allocation after 180 days from payment processing.
ALLOCATION PICKUP
Wine Club members may elect to pick up their allocations in our tasting room.
To ensure availability, and time to assemble allocated wines, reservations are required for Club members picking up allocations in the tasting room.
To pick up an allocation, view available reservations and estate experiences here or email reservations@fairsingvinyard.com.
Fairsing asks Club members arrange to pick up their allocations within six (6) months of allocation processing.
Given space constraints, Fairsing is unable to hold Club member allocations for extended periods.
After six (6) months, if an allocation has not been picked up, arrangements will be made to ship the allocation via ground transportation with the member responsible for shipping and applicable tax.
ALLOCATION SHIPPING
Please note, it is the Club member’s responsibility to notify Fairsing of changes to the shipping destination on file before an allocation is processed.
Wine Club allocations are shipped via Fairsing’s primary carrier based upon the delivery destination state. View our applicable states, relative shippers, and the timeline for allocation shipments here.
Federal law requires the signature of someone 21 years of age or older upon delivery of any shipment containing alcohol.
Fairsing strongly recommends shipping to a business address or to a shipper’s hold location if there is question as to availability, or whether an adult will be present to sign for the package at the time of a delivery.
Club members are responsible for additional shipping charges including those applied for misdirected and/or returned shipments.
