Shipping wine by ground transportation (UPS or FedEx Ground Services) is weather dependent. Fairsing Vineyard will not ship wine utilizing ground transportation if weather conditions are too hot or too cold at the desired destination or while en route. Extreme temperatures damage wine. To safeguard your wine, we recommend second-day services for your shipment during months when weather is extreme.
Please contact us via or 503-662-5930 for more detailed information and wine shipping options.
Fairsing ships on Monday & Tuesdays to avoid wines being stored in a truck or warehouse that is not temperature controlled. Typically orders ship the Monday or Tuesday following the order date via ground services unless indicated otherwise. If second-day service is preferred over ground transportation, please contact us at your earliest convenience so as to amend your order.
Fairsing has a three (3) bottle minimum for shipments. Exceptions may be arranged via 503-662-5930.
Due to their size and weight, large format bottles of our wines (magnums) can not be combined with 750 ml bottles in the same shipment. Large format bottles require separate packaging with a maximum of two (2) magnums per package.
Fairsing does not ship wine to the following states: Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Utah (UT), Kentucky (KY) and Mississippi (MI).
