Fairsing Vineyard crafts estate-grown and limited production wines. Winemaker Robert Brittan’s extensive wine making experience ensures our Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Rosé reflect the abundant beauty and complexity of our estate.
Garnett in color with warm scents of earth and sweet blackberry. “Taut, focused and generous with plum and green tea flavors, this has presence and deft balance, showing powdery tannins on the sleek and expressive finish.”
Our 2014 Pinot noir Sullivan is a beautifully lithe combination of Pommard, Dijon 777 and Wadenswil selections from the east portion of our vineyard. This delicate and lively wine flaunts lingering red fruit flavors.
Crafted from the near-perfect 2014 vintage. “Cherry, berry and chocolate flavors meld gracefully with a thread of cola. There’s a briary undertone to the fruit, and a dusting of cocoa over the tannins. This is ready to enjoy immediately.”
Lithe and expressive with seductive white flowers and whipped lemon cream on the nose. Our 2015 Chardonnay balances the bright supple flavors of ripe peach and fresh pear with the rounded richness of cardamon, honey and toasted almond butter.
Fairsing Vineyard’s 2013 Pinot noir Sullivan sings with flirty and fresh strawberry tones and soft floral scents. This distinctive wine represents the southeast portion of our vineyard and honors Mike’s paternal grandmother Winifred Sullivan.
Our estate-grown 2013 Pinot noir Dardis from the southwest portion of Fairsing Vineyard is named for Mary Ann’s paternal grandmother Hannah Dardis. A velvety blend of Dijon 115, Wadenswil, and Pommard selections with beautiful aromatics and rich flavors of dark berries and earth.
