Our barrel select Pinot noir balances earthiness and elegance. On the nose rich tobacco leaf blends with molasses and black cherry cola. A soft entry glides to a strong middle and back palate presence. This wine features clean minerality and velvety, fine-grained tannins.
Our 2015 Pinot noir Sullivan is a beautifully fruity combination of Pommard, Dijon 777 and Wadenswil selections from the east portion of our vineyard. This flavorful and lively wine flaunts lingering red fruit flavors.

This elegant wine from the southwest portion of the vineyard displays lush dark cherry and blueberry, with a hint of wet stone and savory minerality. The tannin framework has vitality that extends to a focused round, fruit finish.
Delicate citrus fruits blossom on the mid palate of this elegant Chardonnay. Fresh mineral and floral notes are met with earthy fig and rich toasted hazelnuts. This wine features ripe Asian pear, lime zest and lemon curd with a rich, creamed honey finish.
This 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir with beautiful coral hue, is balanced and refreshing. Inviting summer scents waft from the glass. On the palate sweet strawberry, candied citrus and poached stone fruits marry with crisp acidity.

Shipping wine by ground transportation (UPS or FedEx Ground Services) is weather dependent. Fairsing Vineyard will not ship wine utilizing ground transportation if weather conditions are too hot or too cold at the desired destination or while en route. Extreme temperatures damage wine. To safeguard your wine, we recommend second-day services for your shipment during months when weather conditions are extreme.
