The year 2025 marks our 20th Anniversary in Oregon’s stunning Willamette Valley.

As a family-owned vineyard, we appreciate all who have ventured up our hill to experience this incredible corner of the earth we call Fairsing Vineyard.

To commemorate this milestone, we are hosting a 20th Anniversary Celebration the weekend of November 22-23. We look forward to toasting and sharing this moment with you (details for the two-day event appear below).

With the harvest season behind us and our 2025 vintage underway in the cellar, we are enjoying the slower pace of autumn.

In reading below about our fall release wines, recipes, and exclusives for our Wine Club members, know that your support means everything. We raise a glass with deep gratitude—for your continued appreciation and enthusiasm for our estate wines.

Sincerely,

Mary Ann and Mike McNally

MÉTHODE TRADITIONELLE

2022 VINTAGE BLANC de BLANC

The signature sound of a cork popping from a bottle of sparkling wine is synonymous with celebration.

This fall, that sound is filling the air as Fairsing celebrates the release of our first sparkling wine, the 2022 Vintage Blanc de Blanc.

This sparkling wine was crafted from 100% estate Chardonnay and finished in the traditional French “Méthode Champenoise” or the traditional method. Click below to learn about the process and our sparkling program.

With infinite tiny bubbles and a hint of minerality, this Blanc de Blanc is a natural companion to crab cakes, creamy cheeses, quiche, and fried chicken.

Our 2022 Vintage Blanc de Blanc is included in our Wine Club 2025 Fall Allocation and is available for purchase online and in our tasting room.
